Purchase and Activation of eSIM Profiles
- When you purchase an eSIM profile, we collect your billing address and maintain a record of your purchase history.
- Your payment information is securely processed through Stripe, and we do not store your credit card details.
- After purchasing an eSIM profile, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and activation code.
- You can activate the eSIM profile by scanning the QR code or entering the details manually.
Usage Data and Device Information
- We collect information about how you use our app, such as features used, pages viewed, and interactions within the app.
- Device information, including IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type, is also collected.
- This data is used to improve, personalize, and expand our app and services, as well as to monitor and analyze usage and trends.
